Crucial, one of the worlds biggest Memory manufacturers now sell Cisco Compatible Memory. Simple go to www.crucial.com select Cisco as the manufacturer and then pick your device type. It will tell you which memory you need and how many free slots you will have.  Best of all, it will be far cheaper than buying from Cisco.
