		<description>They are priceless for quickly reviewing/revising a topic. They basically take an entire Chapter and cram it into a 45 minute video.
The Cisco Learning Network is definitely another good resource, especially the Live Labs. If you work for a Cisco Partner you get access to everything too!</description>

		<description>I agree, the CBT nuggets are a really good resource for anyone studying on their own. Another really useful resource I've found is the new Cisco learning network. There is a whole section on certifications and a community where you can share information and learn from others. It seems to me that it's a good resource for experienced IT professionals too, because there's updated news about networking technology to keep you current on what's going on.
